Back when Cannondale, Kirtland and Eclipse entered the marketplace w/ their "modern" functional lightweight colorful Cordura h-bar, seat pack and panniers to mount on sturdy lightweight Blackburn racks the traditional Carradice & Karrimore products that we carried seemed dowdy, dated, over-priced and obsolescent at best.
