55 on a steep downhill behind Eureka, MO. This was in '92 or so. Been down that same hill many times since and can't top high 40's. Been to Colorado many times...really hard to break 50 on many of the downhills. Wind kicks up blowing up the hill later in the morning. Once came down Eastern side of Monarch Pass and coasted/cruised at 44-47 for many a miles. Had to stop near the bottom (just West of Hwy 24 turnoff to Buena Vista) to give the arms a rest, I was so tensed up.
