Indeed it does look very similar, but I spy a couple small differences. Note the full chrome seat stays and the Columbus logo on the stay cap in the linked model, versus the 3/4 chrome seat stays and different style. But it is similar enough that I suspect the bike featured by the OP is also BMZ-made Columbus tubed Performance Campione. Perhaps just from a different year. The Campione model logo may be found on the non-drive-side chain stay. Despite what the seller says, that looks like a Columbus logo on the seat tube to me.
