Likely not there. There is very little pedestrian traffic along that route, and definitely no dog walkers etc. The demographics of this path are extremely inconvenient for that type of use, as opposed to the path I highlighted in the post in A&S (linked to in the OP). It's difficult to explain
why, but it's just not a "pedestrian dog walker" area. This path is primarily for the use and safety of bicyclists, although pedestrian use is legal. It's placement is largely the result of requests to the city from the El Paso Bicycle Club.
