The MOAB ride could be an individual riders fundraiser that is partnered with a local charity. LiveStrong Rides, as i understand it, are solely done by the LAF.

There is a local fundraiser like this in NC called the 24 hours of booty. Its a partnership between someone riding with the LAF and a local cancer foundation.
