Okay. However Swiss and French BBs were the same except that the drive-side threads were right-handed on French, left-handed on Swiss. If your LBS guy didn't removed the drive-side cup he wouldn't know the difference. In fact, if you don't know which it is you don't know whether turning it right or left will loosen it or tighten it. OTOH, if the drive-side cup doesn't need replacing it doesn't matter.
