just measure from the front axle to the crank center, then reverse fork and measure again.. No need to remove a fork.

and i've recently seen a "20" bike" with a zero offset fork... cheap piece of walmart junk...

handleBARS... only one bar...

and bicycle racers used to smoke a cigar before racing because some famous racer told them it helped open his lungs....

and then, there is the countless millions that insist a bicycle seat be perfectly level to the ground, regardless of what the RIDER may prefer....

i'm surprised no one has trotted out a Sheldon Brown quote where he also used the wrong term when referring to STEERING RAKE.
