No.
Sidewalls use TireLife as another poster suggested.
I would not touch them. I'd hang those and save them. I bought a bag of those (the del Mundo) and road them for years.
Putting latex on would take away from the classic look.

Keep them away from electric motors, exhaust, sun.

I hang my kid's special tires. those have latex (TireLife) coating because they we last ridden that way. If I knew they were going to be retired, I would not have done that. In 20 years they will all be rotten anyway.
