That Clement is shot. The sidewall latex had dried out, turned to dust and fallen off the sidewall cords.
Foolishly rode an old tire that looked exactly like that a few years ago. Lucky it held for the short test ride I did on the bike but the rear tire blew out its sidewall overnight in my garage.......
