I have had a 54 Roubaix and now have been riding a 2014 S-Works Roubaix for the past 2 years. I have been happy with the bike, but wanted something newer and with electronic shifting, and a bit lighter and stiffer for better climbing around the hills of White Rock Lake in Dallas and faster times. I might even start racing as I keep getting stronger. I have had neck issues, and a low drop gives me too much neck strain. I have 2 spacers on my Roubaix stack which the frame is 547mm, and reach is 379mm. I really like the new Tarmac, and a 54 gets me close to the same frame geometry. The stack is 544mm, and the reach is 384mm. I could be bent over a bit more, so think the slight extra bend won't be an issue. Does this look ok?

Noe to the build. I recently purchased a 2018 S-Works Tarmac Sagan Superstar frame, and have the out of state shop holding it until I can decide on parts to build out the frame. I want Etap, and know the tarmac needs rim brakes. Was going to do the EE brakes. Would this be good?

Can anyone help me select high end, good parts? In my research, this is what I am tossing around in my mind:

Frame:54 S-Works Tarmac- Color: Sagan Superstar
shifters: Etap
pedals: I have power tap P1 on my Roubaix, and could use those, or should I go to integrated Quark/Sram crank?
crank: sram carbon or sram/quark carbon
wheels- Zipp 454, 404 or 303. Which ones?
bars- No idea
stem- one I can flip for better reach
brakes- EE?
saddle- Have a Fizik one that works well for me (through saddle pressure analysis)
cranks- sram
bottom bracket: Ceramic speed or Sram?

thx everyone for your help. It is definitely more challenging building a bike yourself, but a lot of fun, and REALLY wanted the Sagan Superstar color
Quarq power meter/crankset. S-Works frame comes with Ceramic BB.
