I've had three sets of Hypers and have never had a flat on them. I'll miss these. The Hyper is a great combination of fast rolling speed, plush riding comfort and sufficient flat protection.
I'm using the 700x30 Schwalbe G-One as a replacement for the700x32 Vittoria Hyper. The Schwalbe is about 32mm wide. A 35 and 38 size is available. See:

I also like the Panaracer Gravelking. the Gravelking is available is a 700x32 slick, but it's significantly smaller than the 700x32 Hyper.
I have the 700x32 Compass Stampede Pass. It's a good tire for a vintage or sport bike, but not as tough or as flat resistant at a much higher price.
I'm also using the 700x38 Hutchinson Override, but it's not going to be as durable as the Hyper, it's a high performance tire for rural roads and not for commuters.
I've been surprised that Vittoria doesn't offer an alternative.
