^^^I wouldn't mind living in that area when I get to the house-buying stage. Philly is a great city.

But lets not turn this solely into a trophy love-fest, good as they are. Lets not forget Firehouse and Via. Both have gutterpunk hipsters working for them, but via has the coolest and most extensive selection of oldies-but-goodies anywhere, and firehouse will be like that someday if they can last long enough. Both have incredibly knowledgeable and geeky mechs.
