Essentially nothing other than a failure to yield/stop ticket. Since he didn't actually leave the scene, there was no hit and run even if in my opinion the intent was there. Nothing to really prove reckless driving according to the cop on scene, but how the heck do you not immediately slam on the brakes and stop when you see some one flying over your hood right in front of your face?
