^^ Not the original drive train as spec'd in the Schwinn catalog; however, I asked JDak if the original purchaser could have requested a swap out of components as part of the original purchase deal. Possible, but no definitive conclusion. JDak noted that the '87 Super Sport had this very drivetrain, so it is possible that the dealer swapped for the customer...for a nominal fee.
Back in 1989, we traded-in my wife's almost-new Raleigh Technium for a smaller Schwinn 564. We asked that the cranks/BB's and saddle be swapped between the bikes. Dealership was happy to oblige.
