Every time GB gets another flat I just wince as I know I am way overdue. My last was in Port St Lucie, FL in 1988.

I have been riding indoors the last couple of days, much shorter per miles, but more of a workout too. I am enjoying it. Ant + dongle has finally arrived today and tonight will be my first Zwift ride. I won't keep count of those miles as they are fantasy but I expect to be in the best shape of my life come Spring.
