tiredhands, check out the Spanninga Pixeo tail light. It's made for fender mounting, though it comes with a mount you can use elsewhere. I don't have experience with a fender-mounted headlight yet.

just purchased a B&M Classic front and Secula rear set from that xxcycle.com store you recommended a while ago!
Here's another, albeit very different, Raleigh that also fits 35s and fenders (gotta love 27"-700c conversions!)
