...I have only replaced them with parts stolen from other, old broken ones. If youi can find a bike co-operative near you, they will have a bunch of old ones in a box somewhere. Otherwise, sometimes shops keep a collection of old stuff to use for repair parts.

Find someone close to you who fixes old bikes, and ask them about their parts sourcing.
