Up close, fork steer tube looks bent above crown, doesn't appear to be coming out of crown lug at all, but have to remove, check it over & see if can straighten. If not, I have 2 French forks that should fit, 1 all chrome, 1 painted black. Probably go with chrome if the original can't be repaired.

Front rim is also toast, (big dent at the bottom) But I have a Normandy Luxe hub front wheel available to give it matching wheels again. Don

1980 catalog shows Weinmann 605 sidepulls as original spec on the PKN10E, but I agree the centerpulls are better.
