I know an English guy who's wife was killed by a refrigerator, that fell out of cargo plane back about 20 years ago. This happened whilst they were relaxing on chairs out in the garden in Shefeild. He took up cycling and toured around the world to help himself get through it and was hit by a wheel from a small plane flying near Bankstown Airport Sydney and killed !0 years almost to the day later.
