I'm often emotionally disturbed by the out of trueness of commuters back wheels. It really, really bothers me when I ride behind them in the city. I'm seriously considering bringing spoke wrenches on all my rides to offer to do a quick fix. I figure if I can see it from 30ft away....it's not overstepping bounds to offer to fix it. Seat height is what aggravates me, I keep wanting to yell at people to raise theirs but don't. I know that's not going to change anything.
