Bikes: 1959 Capo Modell Campagnolo; 1960 Capo Sieger (2); 1962 Carlton Franco Suisse; 1970 Peugeot UO-8; 1982 Bianchi Campione d'Italia; 1988 Schwinn Project KOM-10;

The Custom Sport was the bottom of the Nishiki line, retailing for just under $100 back in the American Eagle days. (Shortly after I paid $150 for my Semi-Pro in March 1971, one of my UCLA classmates bought a Custom Sport. We broke them in by riding from the Rancho Park / Cheviot Hills area to Griffith Park, then back along Mulholland Dr. and down Benedict Canyon, for those familiar with west and central Los Angeles.)
