People pay a LOT ($900 +) for XO 1 and XO 2 models, (and the '94 XO 3) because these were the Grant Petersen-designed precursors to Rivendell bikes.

The MB-0 and MB-1 and MB-2 are in that same range usually (and retailed originally for higher prices than the XO bikes) because of all the Ritchey components and other high-end components.

In addition, the RB-T from 1992 and 1994 go for a lot because they have very similar geometry (but 700c wheels) and components to the X0 2 models. So I have seen the RB-T for $500-$700, usually, but heard of higher sales.

The RB 1 was a pretty solid machine, and I've seen those all over the board.

Anything that is a 4, 5, or 6 is usually thought of as a good bike, but they are usually sub-$500, depending on condition and model.

A lot of this is also affected by whether Grant Petersen had his design hands on it, so the 1992-1994 bikes of ANY ilk go for a bit more than other Bridgestones.
Thanks for the detailed answer. What about the one in the photo above?

I wanted an xo 5 (I think it was,) for riding around town. Never did get it though. I heard stories about counterfit xo1 bikes, being sold for more money. Kind of like a lemans being sold as a gto.
