My father's golfing buddy says there is no bad golfing weather, just bad clothing/equipment. I tried applying that philosophy to cycling. I've come to realize that I disagree with it. I'd much rather be inside on cold wet days.
I've been hitting the gym a lot - I"m up to three times a week. And I'm lifting a lot. I'm hitting new PRs on my deadlift and nearly my Squat
PR.
But I just do not put on any mass.
After ruining bearings on my primary bike and secondary bike, I'm no longer a fan of riding in the wet.
