I've been hitting the gym a lot - I"m up to three times a week. And I'm lifting a lot. I'm hitting new PRs on my deadlift and nearly my Squat PR.

But I just do not put on any mass.
After ruining bearings on my primary bike and secondary bike, I'm no longer a fan of riding in the wet.
