Looks like a copy of the Shimano PD-M323/PD-M324, a few brands have similar pedals, Wellgo, Exustar, VP Components, B'Twin, Ryder, etc.
Shimano MTB cleats should fit them.
Correct me if I'm wrong but the M323, M324 seem a bit different in shape.
Unless they're "close" enough to work ?
Also, what do you mean by MTB cleats, would the SPD work ?
