Bikes: It's complicated.

Steer tube measures 182 mm so not hard to find something that will work.

Catalog says PKN10 was available in 21" & 23" frame sizes, but mine measures 22" CTC or 22 1/2" CTT. Good for me as I can stand flat footed over the TT with just a bit of clearance. My taller son will be disappointed it's a keeper.

He has been riding a Zeus competition I gave him for 12 years now. Found it crashed like this Peugeot. Fork wasn't bent quite so much, but top & down tube both had cracked paint & head tube was mis-aligned. Bill Stevenson up in Olympia straightened/re-aligned fork & frame. It now has a great ride, tracks like on rails. We service it regularly & no sign of any cracks or problems. Don

The important thing to do is try and save that craptastic painted fork. If you put a different one on this bike, how are you going to match the paint?
