I've been using the Bolt for about 5 months now and have had zero problems like that... if the firmware upgrade doesn't work I'm wondering if it's just a problem with your particular device?

If so, I've found Wahoo support to be phenomenal. I bought a RFLKT back in the day and decided to return it within the return window and it was amazingly easy. I've also had questions about some of my Wahoo sensors and they answered them right away.
