The CDN team sprint team is composed of Hugo Barrette, Joel Archambault and Patrice St-Louis Pivin. Hugo should have enough point to participate in World Cups but Joel and Patrice iirc don't have enough.
AFAIK both Patrice and Joel are racing this winter in European events to gather enough UCI points for WC.
