If an unscrupulous person wants your bike enough, they'll probably find a way to get it. If you have an uncrackable lock, they'll just cut through or remove the bike rack.
And if you really piss them off, they'll just use whatever tool they brought with them to cut a few spokes so you can't ride the bike either.
