I'm pretty sure the bike in question is from 74/75 it is a low end setup through in slightly rough shape so not a lot of value about $50-75 if everything works good and it's ready to ride. It looks to have been fixed up a bit with and made ready to ride which gives it some value if it wasn't in riding shape it would have almost no value.
