the battery pack on all the Chinese Cree lights are crap .... they last 4 months, then without warning, they die (I cycle over 2hrs a day in pitch black darkness)

The lights are very good though, especially if you get one of the stronger ones (I think mine is 32000 'Chinese' Lumens).... they are as bright as a Volvo headlamp

however ..... you can now get them with a USB connection that connects to a powerbank .... Cheap as Chips (£6.69) and if you wear it on the headband, there is nothing on the market that offers better value IMHO .... you can get a small powerbank as small as a lipstick, or something larger that will give you several nights of light before having to recharge.:
