Uh Oh. I better cut off the tube valves that poke through the holes in my bicycle's wheel rims because my wheels spin until those nasty unbalancing valves end up on the bottom. Oh the horror!
Sorry, I forgot this isn't the road racing forum. Some people put in titanium bolts, some people ride rusty Huffys. To each their own. Good wheels have a counter-weight on the opposite side of the rim to balance out the weight of the valve.
