This weekend will be my first organized ride for 50 miles. From what I've heard a good many cyclists race in this thing. But there will be some of us slowpokes who will be dropped before the first full turn of the crank. So I don't want to be lost somewhere in S.C. looking for arrows.

i've gotten a route sheet at every paid organized ride that i have ridden! some of the better, larger ones even mark the route with arrows, signs, etc!
