Mine were from EBay. I found the easiest way to adjust is to start with the seat tight. Then ride the bike. If the nose needs to go down loosen the back bolt half a turn and tighten the front bolt half a turn. If it needs to go up loosen the front bolt half a turn and the tighten the rear bolt. Take it for another ride and adjust as necessary. It may take a few rides to get it where you want but it is time well spent. Roger
