juice of 1 lemon .... juice of 1 orange ... one cup of coconut water ... 1/4 teaspoon of salt (rock or sea salt or Himalayan salt), a tablespoon of organic maple syrup .... and you have a really good electrolyte replacement drink that does not contain aspartine and other junk
and another good one .... V8 vegetable juice is very good (from what I have researched)
and .....
if you are exhausted during a ride, try drinking one of those chocolate milkshakes .... here in the UK, we have Frijj .... amazing stuff .... massive sugar hit ... :
and even an ice cold Coca Cola does wonders ....
I've never tried red bull and the newer stuff, but might if nothing else helps on a very long ride
