IŽll try to be more concrete:

I already have a bike for my daily use. My idea is do build a minimalistic and sporty fixed gear bike only for short distances on the street.
A good combination of quality and design is my main goal. My budget is not fixed.
At the moment my preferred material for the frame steel but if someone has good arguments for carbon IŽll think about that as well.
IŽll need a front break. Lightweight is a can but not a must.
No need for any additional tools.
