I attached photos of the stem that was originally on my bike. There was a little hole at the bottom of the stem where was screw added for better fix the incompatible Cinelli Stem and 3T handlebars.

I hope I will not ruin the whole bike with this new part. I wish the bike looks vintage still. Do you think it is fine for this bike? If yes can you recommend me some vintage Cinelli handlebars for this stem and the bike?
