ATBs with Softride beams are a really hard sell. They're top heavy and have no clearance, making them really difficult to maneuver on tight and twisty single track. They're not conducive to out-of-saddle climbing and pogo unless you have a smooth spin. On top of that, you have to sell based on rider height and weight, with beams being rated for a 20 lb range. I'd pass,unless you can get it for what you consider FMV for the components.
