Step one, flip the wheel around to determine if it helps. Often it doesn't, because one side of the rim is "shingled" one way, and the other side is opposite. You don't even have to flip the wheel to check this, just use your thumbnail.

If flipping solves the problem, decide whether you wish to flip the tire according to the arrow, or wait until your next flat.

If flipping doesn't help, either file or sand it smooth, or live with until normal wear solves it for you.
