Ummm - where are you? USC was favored and had the bigger win streak, so I expected more hype for them. Yet, I feel the hype was fairly balanced - lots of swings back and forth.

As for a lot of the media being on the west coast - the biggest gripe PAC 10 fans have is the fact that the poll voters for college football - the writers - are so heavily east coast biased. Many big games that start at 7 or 8 pm here on the west coast aren't even seen by the writers in the east as they are on after their bedtime. Then, they rely on highlights and other people's analysis to help them figure out how to vote.

Did anybody east of the Mississippi actually see the second half of the SC/Fresno State game?
