Go back to your bike shop (with the bike) and have a chat. They'll be able to check it out and make recommendations. Having read through this thread, I wouldn't be surprised if the suggestion is to just ride it for a bit longer but on the other hand, you may score a new front wheel out of it. If you bought it online, you'll have to contact the manufacturer but still have a chat with a bike shop first so you know the situation really is.
