The link you sent is of a light from Vibiker indeed, but I was talking about the other model, it has a square lens and projects a rather square hotspot.

They do not have additional power banks, the battery is inside the light (can be used as a flashlight) , and I'm wondering if a regular USB powerbank would come in handy if ever I should run out of juice.
I carry one almost every time I go out now, mostly because my phone battery has lost a lot of capacity, and it's nowhere near time to replace the phone. But yes, you can use it with your lights. Some lights can work while being charged.

Still, I don't like the look of those lights. I think that the bigger name brands, while more expensive, offer a better value because of reliability, durability, and service. I've learned this the hard way. I tried to find the sweet spot between utility and price, and I erred far too many times on the cheap side.
