Please explain how ambulances and medical treatment are without cost. I'm amazed to discover that all your medical treatment, all the equipment, education and supplies are all free, have no cost to anyone at any level such that no one paid anything for the time of any personnel, or suppliers or anything. That would including governments, insurance companies, suppliers, or volunteers or any other expertise, supplier of raw material or process.
