i think tcr is a fine bike and you will be very quick....my lbs offered me $1400 end of season for a tcr but
$999 for fuji plus all the performance store credit simply made more sense

i would happily purchase an aluminum TCR if they would sell them in the USA...they do sell them internationally only ....trek likely doesn’t want competition against its edmonda alt and twists giants arm a bit
