If you will tell us the area in which you live, someone here might be able to direct you to a shop or individual who knows how to work on cottered cranks. Those cranks are probably fine. The Stronglight 93 (and 63 and 49d and...) are fine cranks but keep in mind that you will also have to change the bottom bracket axle to a square taper one.
