Agree. Even at retail, $0.12 per is not worth the headache of reuse. My few dollars isn't worth the extra time unthreading each individual nipple from the spokes. It's faster to cut them and re-lace new spokes and nipples...unless you're just lacing in a new, identical rim, I guess.
