I love my Shimano MW7, but they are two hole. The RW5 are road shoes but are dry shield rather than gore tex. I have very cold feet and under 55F, it's winter shoes. Perhaps the RW5s might be enough for you.

Whatever you buy, BUY ONE SIZE UP so you can wear heavy and/or double pairs of socks.
