In which case you will also be replacing the bars.
Original Cinelli = 26.4, 3TTT = 26.0

PS:
Is your stem (looks like a 1A) installed above the "max" line?
Also, the bars in that era of race-fit were set so that the drops were parallel, or nearly so, to the ground.
