There’s nothing you can do, no combination of threadlock and torque that will create a road-reliable fixed hub from a freewheel hub.
Yup, this is 100% true.* A proper lockring on a proper fixed hub is the safest. Also, putting a BB lockring on a freewheel hub butted against the fixed cog offers little to no assurance of added safety during your skidding contests.
