I've been getting about one year, or 6k to 7k miles on my Hollowtech II BBs. Not sure the new smaller diameter BBR 60 lasts quite as long, I'm on my second one now with about 4K miles, so we will see. Very simple to install. Buy them online under $20. My local LBS wants $30 for them.
