The folks at Cane Creek got back to me and confirmed that part numbers for the 110 headset gold top and non-gold bottom (which, as Jazz pointed out, won't be visible, so that's fine), which I've ordered. So I'll get my very small amount of bling along with a warranty that will outlive me. Picked up the fork (a Lynskey Pro GR) and brake calipers (BR-R8070) today, so I'm just waiting on rotors and my shifters, which are backordered through 1/15. I should have the whole thing together before February.
I'm building a ti bike myself (Wittson Illuminati) and it also uses a Cane Creek 110 headset. It came with the 40 in black and the short top cap. I ordered the top bearing in blue and "tall". I figured this will stand out more and can also be combined with their own interlocking spacers of the same color.
